Introducing our premium course.Choose from a salad, scallops and seasonal vegetables aglio e olio, creamy and smooth vichyssoise, and refreshing couscous ceviche. The main course, the Bona Plate, is a luxurious offering of Wagyu roast beef, accompanied by chicken confit stewed in tomato sauce and short pasta, creating an exquisite harmony. A seasonal sorbet is served after the meal!
